Dr. Ingrid Fernández Marcano
Born in La Guaira, Venezuela, in 1972. Went to Law School at the Central University of Venezuela, where she graduated as a Lawyer in 1997, to then specialize in Childhood and Adolescence Law.
In her professional career, she has performed as Fourth Municipal Judge of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, Eighteenth Deputy Municipal Judge in Caracas, Chief of Documentation Lawyer at Banco de Desarrollo del Microempresario and associate member of Álvarez & Moreno Abogados.
