Ingrid Fernández Marcano is a professional with more than twenty-five years of experience in the field of commercial and civil litigation. Ms. Fernandez advises and guides clients in litigation matters and in cases involving the defense of the rights of children and adolescents, which is her specialty. Ms. Fernandez has served in the judicial career as an alternate judge, appellate judge, “partidor” and as an advocate in cases before courts of first instance, in civil, commercial, and banking matters. In the corporate area, she worked as Assistant General Counsel at the Banco de Desarrollo del Microempresario.
