Jesús Rangel Rachadell is a recognized professional in the field of administrative law, both as a professor and in litigation. He has handled important electoral law cases before the Electoral Chamber of the Venezuelan Supreme Court of Justice. He has represented councilmen, mayors and governors, he has worked in the challenge of national elections, he has been a professor of the subject Impugnation of Electoral Acts and Electoral Law in the specialty of Electoral Systems and Processes of the postgraduate course of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Universidad Central de Venezuela and advisor of the National Electoral Council of Venezuela. He has also worked as undergraduate and graduate professor at the School of Public Health of the School of Medicine of the Universidad Central de Venezuela. In the academic field, he has been an undergraduate and graduate professor at Universidad Santa María. In the corporate area, Professor Rangel served as Legal Consultant of a well-known Caracas-based brokerage house. Professor Rangel was a columnist for the newspaper El Nacional de Caracas, where he has published more than eighty articles. Professor Rangel has been a lecturer in several universities and forums, during more than thirty years of practicing law.
